week zero, thursday

[surprising no one, jiuqing is here!

specifically: she is taking note of each and every thing in the medbay. it's very clean here, which she appreciates, but she's more fascinated by the green pills and pink liquid than anything else. she's got a bottle of the liquid in hand when kumon walks in, murmuring to herself as she looks at it: ]

I wonder... oh! [and then she looks up as she hears him approaching.] Hello, Kumon.

[9mon]

[It's a boy! He waves when he sees Jiuqing here.]

Hi Doctor Su! Is this up to your standards?

[Looks like it's his first time being in here.]

[countermeasures]

[she waves back!]

It's certainly very tidy! And it seems well-stocked... fewer herbs than I'd expected, but that can be fixed. And it does seem as though they have different types of medicine and treatments here.

[9mon]

[He walks over the view the liquid in her hand.]

It's pink? What do you think it does?

[countermeasures]

I'm not quite sure yet... I've been trying to think of a safe way to test it out. Although, I imagine it must not be too dangerous if it's in here; nothing else seems especially dangerous...

But after the... potions that were in the lab a few days ago... I'm a bit wary.

week zero, sunday

[damien's been seen to, things have calmed down, their pizza is missing... that's like a 2/3 on Okay Things. so! jiuqing is out for a walk, and at some point she'll come across kumon.]

Kumon, hello. How are you doing after all of that?

[9mon]

I'm glad everybody's okay.

[Nods]

And um... kinda wondering who took all the pizza?

[rude.]

I'm wondering that as well.

It didn't taste bad; I was hoping to try some more one things had calmed down...

[9mon]

Right? It's really rude to take all of it.

Amber has a lotta stuff to bake, so we can probably make other pizzas too? I'm just not sure how you make it...

week one, thursday

[honestly mira i'm assuming that someone is yeeting kumon into a healing pod given his general Everything at the return

so! here they are in the medbay whenever they're able to, like, have an actual conversation. jiuqing is here because of course she is. injured people? she's on it. this is her literal job.]

How are you feeling?

[9mon]

[That's correct, I yeeted him in one.

He looks away, but it would be pretty unhelpful to lie to an actual doctor.]

... Not great...

[she holds out one of the painkillers]

This should help at least a little.

[9mon]

[He takes it and swallows it down, quiet and tired and still hurt.]

week three, tuesday

[countermeasures]

[jiuqing has not actually been to the stage yet! (watch someone backdate a monday pc at the stage and make a liar out of me.)

anyway, she's looking around when she comes across kumon.]

Oh - I should have expected to find you here... hello. How are you doing today?

[9mon]

[Kumon is just standing there! On the stage! Not even doing anything in particular but looking out into the audience.]

Pretty good! What about you? Anything weird happening?

[countermeasures]

Things keep catching on fire, and I'm not sure why...

[it's so weird???]

[9mon]

Eh?! Make sure you have water close by!? We can get some from the grocery store!

week five, monday

[countermeasures]

[here they are on the mountain! it's chilly. jiuqing is wearing a warm hooded cloak. cozy.

she looks around and spots kumon ... doing something here? what's he up to? is he skating? making snowmen? ...........getting sick because of the cold and his low constitution score?]

[9mon]

[ He's in a big heavy winter coat and in the middle of making a snow man.

His little puppy tail is wagging. ]

[oh, cute!]

Hello, Kumon! You seem to be having fun.

[9mon]

Hi, Doctor Su! Yeah! You think he'll still be here in the morning?

W6: Friday

[9mon]

[He still has the majority of his injuries from his Thursday adventure, so it only makes sense to go back in and reapply new and fresh bandages in the medbay.]

[countermeasures]

[good plan, kumon!


jiuqing is doing the same thing with her injuries. she's got her hair tied up in a messy bun, and she's got bandages... basically all over. a bunch of bruising, too - mottled bruises peeking out from under her bandages and continuing on her skin. it's not great.

she looks up from the bandages when kumon enters.]

...Kumon? Did you need help with your wounds?

[9mon]

Yeah, a little. Do you?

[She looks worse off than him. His bigger injuries seem to be a huge bite wound to his arm, his pinky missing, and a section of his hand gone. There's a wound to his hip too, but it seems much smaller.]

[countermeasures]

I'm alright... I'm just about done.

[she finishes tying off some bandages around her head, then looks over at him.]
