It will do nicely! There are some things here that we didn't have in Daxing, but their use seems pretty straightforward. I'm sure I'll pick it up quickly, especially with the help of people who come from places that are more similar to this than my home.

You know, I'm sure between the two of us we could convince someone if we truly need to see these pods in action. Some would need just a 'please' and 'thank you' to get them to cooperate.

I'm surprised Garou isn't there right now. I thought by now he'd have managed to get himself injured one way or another.

[Truthfully November will be surprised if the week ends and Garou never had to enter in a pod.

I heard during the clean-up day he managed to get himself entangled in a ball of goop. Perhaps that's the only way he'd stay still for long enough.

[He heard it wasn't Garou moving, it was the slime itself, with him trapped and unable to do much. He almost wishes he could have seen that]

Too bad we don't have more of that goop.

Su, I would like your opinion about the people we're with. What do you think of them?

[General impressions, pretty much! He supposes that someone with medical skills would be someone others would trust easily, so he's pretty sure she would have a clearer idea how people are like here. It's not that November doesn't trust everyone else -- he does trust them all more than he does the Prism or the residents -- but he's all for staying alert and somewhat paranoid]

Both, if you don't mind. I'm sure you understand having more information is very appealing to me.

Hmm... it's a little too soon to say that I know anyone here well... I don't really like to make judgments before I've got more information to work with.

But for the most part, no one here seems actively malicious. At least, not to the same extent as I've dealt with in the past.

I suppose I have no option but to believe you. I do wonder what sort of malicious people would try to pick on you, for any reason.

[Mostly because that malicious people come to mess with you says a lot about you as well. Truly malicious people don't come to hassle random people for no reason...most of the time. It gets him interested in Jiuqing more than before, admittedly -- he likes her well enough but wasn't into trying to find out all that much about her. That's changing now, though]
