[hello ruby!

jiuqing is in the medbay like five and a half-ish hours after the trial ends. specifically, she is undoing her bandages after getting out of the pod and examining her wounds, which have faded to thin scars.


time to throw the bandages away! whew. she looks up when she hears footsteps, though, and turns to - ]

Ruby?

[petalbursts]

Jiuqing...!

[ blinks, looking surprised? but not to see her here, to see that she's all healed? hewwo??

relief. ]

You're looking much better. [ softly ] I'm so glad.

[why are you surprised!!]

I said I would use the pods right away...

[she smiles faintly, though it doesn't quite reach her eyes. she's physically better, but she is so tired.]

I am, too. It's nice to be able to move around.

[petalbursts]

[ no one ever uses the pods properly! ]

Definitely...just don't push yourself to much. I know how heavy the fatigue can be, after spending time in there.
