It varies from person to person.

...some people sleep the exhaustion away. Others look for things to help ease it - teas to provide energy, a soak in the springs to relieve tension, alcohol to make them forget what made them so tired...

Others simply force themselves to stay busy and distracted, so they can't think of how tired they are.
