But, he's not the sort of person to sit back and do nothing, especially not at a point like this, so he must have written to someone else, right?

Oh, woah... That is weird. Um-- yeah, no problem. I'll definitely let you know if anyone else mentions a letter from him. I haven't heard of one so far, but I only just started talking to people about theirs.
[Though frankly he doesn't know why Chang Geng would suddenly choose to write to someone else if he'd been writing to Jiuqing so often, so he's like, WHAT IF NO ONE HAS A LETTER FROM HIM WHERE IS HE.]
