last week, it really was just a little heartburn. this week, he panicked when he realized you might be able to feel what he was feeling, because he was worrying about something but didn't want to make you worry just because he was. he'll be just fine.

i gave him a checkup and didn't find any symptoms of any sort of illness...

however, in discussing his eating habits last week i would agree with the assessment of heartburn.
