[she's holding out her phone - there are two pictures of letters on it that she shows her. the first one is:
Yasu-san: you don’t need to dream about Aruji looking for me again, because I’m still here. Repaired, just somewhere else. We’re going to find a way back and get out of the Prism. Tell everyone I’m sorry for being a little too quick, and I miss them. We get all your letters. I’ve gone ahead to scout a different area, but we’ll meet again. Stay focused on the mission - we protect everyone, and get out of here. Buzen. Why won’t it let me write more than two notes tell Hot-san and Ro-san and Meric-san I tried :(
and the second one is:
I hope you don't think any less of me because of what happened. I wouldn't blame you if you did. I suppose, in the end, I got what I deserved, didn't I? The world balanced itself out. Now it's time we start to tip the balance in our favor. Chaos comes from somewhere, but so does order. May we meet again. Chinatsu wanted to say hi.]
[but for once, she seems less paranoid, just a light level of caution. she really, really wants to believe these are true, even if that's a little terrifying to her.]
The note I received said that they get the things we put into the box in the alleyway. Unlike some of the other things that have only happened once, that box hasn't vanished. So if we will be able to make use of it again, why wouldn't they be able to make use of what they've been using to send things to us another time?
...I'm sure Sir Chang would have mentioned it if it was something like that... if only to help us try to find a way to get our letters to them more directly...
If I received a letter from someone who had died anywhere else, I wouldn't believe it. But so much about this place defies what I thought was possible, so...

...they haven't gone that far from us, then.

Kashuu said that the one we found sounded like Buzen, too...

[she smiles]
...maybe it really is them.

[but - she doesn't sound as pessimistic about it as she normally might.]

[if it is them. she's sure of that.]
So... hopefully we will not have to wait for long.

I imagine that we'll hear from the people who just arrived at a later point, if that's the case.

I'm sure we will.
[if atsushi does not write to vin jiuqing will run into the graveyard and kick his ass]

[.........wait.]
—Do you think it'll be the same as it is here, and the letters show up in a random location for anyone to find?
no subject
[she pauses. oh. hm. she had not thought of that.]
I hope not.
no subject
...Perhaps I am wrong...
[please! let her be wrong!]

...I'm sure Sir Chang would have mentioned it if it was something like that... if only to help us try to find a way to get our letters to them more directly...

[that puts her a little more at ease, at least.]

...we'll see. For now, we should probably keep writing, now that we know there will be people who actually read them.

It seems a little strange... But many strange things have happened here, I suppose.

[but—]
If this turns out to be a forgery of some kind, I will be very angry.
