...Vin's vision about someone hiding a three-color gumball... the ones that were found on the mountain, they weren't particularly... hidden, were they?
So it was probably the one used in Itsuki's case. And they wouldn't have hidden it if it wasn't especially identifying... would they?
...I don't know exactly, but... it's not so different from that "imprinting" we were able to do, in Riff and Himawari's world. I think the gumball he got while we were there lets him do that, but he still had that with him, right? So I didn't really think much of it, but... he might have gotten something from home that lets him do something similar, too.
[But most of Yasusada's attention was on making sure Kashuu didn't keel over from fury and exertion, so like.]
...he said that he had three gumballs, and having been on two ventures, then if they are unused it accounts for two of the three. If one has participated every week, I believe they would have had six tokens in total, not allowing for the possibility of extra tokens gained. Thus, the capability to have bought two three-token gumballs thus far.
That, or I will simply stay a while so I ensure I am there when he arrives. If the door opens, it will be him or he will be letting someone in. We've only to arrange a signal so I may use the gum the moment I hear the door... then when you indicate it, I shall simply look up.
Mayhap if you say one thing if he enters, and another if a visitor enters first.
I would offer too, but... I think he'd probably be suspicious. He already knows I put the sign up, a couple of weeks ago.
[So it's probably best, between that and his inexplicable nighttime excursion last week, that he doesn't draw Damien's attention to himself more than he already has.]

[ughhhh.]
A three-token gumball was used in Itsuki's case, and it's most likely what compelled him to... [she shudders] ...hurt himself...

...in that case, mayhap one fewer have.

It couldn't have been Damien's, could it? His power... I don't know if he was able to get it back or not. Or if he tried.
[Nothing really seemed to point at him, as far as Yasusada knew, or else he would've checked more closely.]

So- yes, he could have owned one.

However, the problem would lie in willingness to speak with me. I do not know whether he would agree, should we decide this is a worthy effort.
If any of you have objections, do say so-- but if not, then it is possible I will require assistance to arrange this.

Then--it's worth checking, I think. I can't think of anyone else, since... we don't know the colors of the missing gumball, right?

I saw it in a memory, but I think he lost it before we came here. I haven't really talked to him about it since that week.
[Since yams likes Damien and respects his privacy for the most part.]

I see...
