I think it worked successfully on Percival and Hot Pants...? There aren't any signs of someone refracting before Thursday, so... I've really only pinpointed them after the first kill, with everyone's help.

I'm fairly sure it did. Percy has been just fine since you chose him, and Hot Pants was able to confess something to me after you chose her that she wasn't able to say when I asked her directly, before.

She admitted the refraction to me, as well, when I checked in on her, although I've yet to tell her that her case was already confirmed.

Speaking of refraction-- I have informed the others, and so I suppose you ought to know as well. I've the ability to observe a person's soul, once per week, to see its color and determine whether they are refracted; I used this on Hot Pants after the trial last week.

Should we have suspicions and require confirmation, then this is at our service.

... Interesting. I discussed a similar ability with Kagami-san before, so it's good to know that's something we already have at our disposal.

Then, I should mention I still have the ability I used on Armbrust-san and can use it once per week. If there's someone we suspect during trial, but don't feel too certain about, I can extract the truth from them. Though of course, since I have to get close to the person to use it, I'd rather leave it as a last resort.
