jiuqing doesn't cry often. by the time i'm done iconning the chapters that have been released so far i'll only have, like, three crying icons. when she does, it's usually when she's alone, because she doesn't want people to judge her, or think that she's weak.
but she doesn't think percy will, so she can get it out.
it helps. it passes. she doesn't cry for long - and if she's being honest, it's more tears of frustration at not being able to do more than anything else - but she does, and once she's done, she wipes at her face again.]
