It's more like a saying, than something literal. Like it doesn't cost anything, so it's a free action.

Yes, that's true... but it really does make me wonder just how we all ended up here from such wildly different places...

I don't know about that. Taking someone from one place to another feels intentional; taking multiple someones, even morseo. Add in that some of us were acquainted with each other already before we arrived here, and I can't quite put my finger on it, but it feels... strange, to me.

...but maybe I'm worrying too much.

Oh, I don't know if I believe us being brought here was unintentional. I just think we had the bad luck to be the people they brought here.
