What's worse - a patient you hate, or someone you like that's only obnoxious as a patient?

The second one.

If it's a patient I hate, I never have to see them again once they're cured. But if it's someone I like who's obnoxious as a patient, they won't recover as swiftly as they should, so I'll have to deal with the obnoxiousness for longer.
